Folder View in Win XP

For those of you who are using Win XP, there is a way to set the icons to be the same way, either Thumbnails, Tiles, Icons, List, etc... If for example, you change it in 1 folder, it doesn't change in other folders. If you want to change it in all folders, select the way you want all folders to look then go to Tools > Folder Options > View > and press Apply All Folders.
